Dear buyers,
in addition to working on defects in the apartments, the following work is planned on the various construction sites this week:
Construction site 1:
On construction site 1, paving work will be carried out outside and the terrace slabs on houses 1 and 3 will be laid. There is also further remaining work on the HLS (heating, ventilation, plumbing) and ELT (electrical engineering) trades, as well as on the clinker brick areas and glass railings on the respective houses.
Construction area 2:
All remaining work on construction area 1 (HLS, ELT, clinker and glass railings) will also be carried out in construction area 2.
Construction site 3:
In addition to drywall and interior plastering work, the assembly of HLS & ELT is continuing on the entire construction site 3. Thermal insulation composite system/facade work is also being carried out on Villa B2.
