BF 1
This week the cable trenches and the cable cover for the outdoor lighting are being made.
Drainage channels, as well as the sockets and the light in the basement rooms are also installed.
The topsoil for the plant areas is brought in, the seating blocks are placed and the terrace slabs are delivered.
In addition, the remaining work on the natural stone in the stairwells of houses 1 and 3 (silicone, base, etc.) as well as the painting work in the stairwell of house 2 will be completed.
Reinforcement and plastering work is also taking place on the facade of House 2.
BF 2
The work on the terrace slabs on house 6, as well as the laying of the terrace slabs on house 4, are in their final stages.
BF 1 and 2
General defect processing is carried out in all apartments according to priority.
Work is being done on the terrain modeling, the grid stones are being placed and the clinkers are carrying out the remaining work.
In addition, the glass railings on houses 1 and 4 as well as the exhaust air grilles in the underground car park will be installed.
Further paving work on houses 3 and 4 is scheduled.
