This week the clinker work will continue in construction areas 1 and 2.
BF 1
In construction site 1, reinforcement and plastering work on the facade, clinker brick work and remaining tiling work are being carried out on house 2. In addition, the terrace tiles and glass railings for House 2 are transported over the apartment balconies.
BF 2
In construction site 2, the terrace slabs of house 4 will be laid this week, and the laying of the terrace slabs on house 6 will continue.
BF 3
Specifically, the concreting of the underground car park entrance for Villa B1 is being prepared here. Furthermore, work on roof and terrace waterproofing, as well as earthworks and drainage shaft work will be carried out in construction site 3.
The work on defects in the apartments that have already been accepted continues to progress. As soon as the construction management notifies us of the defects in your residential units, we will contact you separately to accept them on site.
