As soon as the construction management notifies us of the defects in your residential unit, we will contact you to carry out a declaration of defects together with you on site. Last week, the earthworks on the Augustastrasse boundary wall continued, so that the next step is to begin building the street-side wall on the foundations that have already been cast.
Erbacher & Kolb has now replaced all the locking cylinders on the house entrance doors and the underground car park doors so that the areas can be accessed with the apartment key.

The scaffolding around house 2 no longer exists, so that the drag strip for the necessary thermal insulation can be laid around house 2. In addition, the terrace tiles and glass railings for House 2 are transported over the apartment balconies and prepared for further laying.
