Ladies and Gentlemen
In addition to the ongoing work on defects in the apartments that have already been accepted, the following work is planned for this week on the various construction sites:
In construction site 1, house 3, the completion of the balconies continues; the last panels have to be laid here.
It is planned that the remaining work on the balcony slabs in houses 4 and 6 will continue in construction site 2. The oversized panels that are still partially outstanding will be laid and the balconies will be completed.
On construction site 3, it is planned that the installation of the roof and terrace seals as well as the eaves of Villa B1 will continue.
Furthermore, the concreting of the underground car park entrance in the section of construction site 3 continues, so that we can gradually say goodbye to the shell construction work.
In addition, the drywall work in villas B1 and B2, construction site 3, is scheduled to continue this week.
In addition to the interior plastering work in Villa B2, the installation of the remaining window elements in Villa B1 is also continuing.
Last but not least, the continuation of the assembly of HLS and ELT in Villa B2 in construction site 3, as well as the assembly of the garbage room gates in construction site 1, is planned for this week.
