Processing defects in the common property
The assembly of the garbage enclosure that has already been delivered to construction site 2 is expected to begin at the end of next week.
As before, work on defects on the facade areas in construction area 1 and construction area 2 will continue next week so that the final work can be completed quickly.
Furthermore, considerable progress was made in dealing with the building technology deficiencies identified in the DEKRA reports.
Interim inspection Dekra
The DEKRA report on the interim inspection from September 26, 2023 as well as the statement of the expert Dr. Vigh was distributed to all buyers in the Victoria Quarter. Due to the high number of pages, a link has been generated where you can access the interim document and the confirmation letter.
