Processing defects in the common property
The start of assembly of the garbage enclosure in the construction site is planned for tomorrow, Saturday, October 28th, 2023.
Further cleaning work is currently being carried out on the facade.
Handrails are expected to be installed in the area of the stairs at the construction site entrance on Augustastrasse over the next week. The current barrier will then be removed.
Work on refinishing the metal handrails on the glass balustrades will begin next week. The work will be carried out via the lifting platforms.
Depending on the weather, work on the missing sheet metal panels will probably be carried out next week in the area of the staggered floors.
We are already in consultation with the outdoor facility builder regarding the planting of hedges and trees. We will inform you separately about the exact procedures.
