Dealing with defects in common property
The installation of the waste enclosure in construction site 2 has taken place. Some remaining work regarding, for example, paving work and the installation of the associated locking cylinder will be completed shortly. The property management has been informed, so that the waste containers for the residents of construction site 2 will soon be in place.
At the entrance to the Victoria Quarter to construction site 1, the stair railing was installed so that the barrier will be removed here.
The planting of trees and hedges will be postponed slightly due to the warm temperatures until recently. The best time to plant is when the leaf shedding has ended, which is currently just beginning. We are in constant contact with the garden landscape builder and will inform you of the start of the greening work in good time via the newsletter.
Further cleaning work is currently underway.
