Dealing with defects in common property
Unfortunately, due to a high level of sickness at the company carrying out the glass railings, the planned rework on the handrails could not take place this week. We apologize for any inconvenience. The work has now been scheduled for the coming week.
As of this week, the slab coverings on the balconies, which are still wobbly or uneven, have been adjusted. This work will continue in the coming week. Your presence during this work is still not necessary, as the fitters access the balconies from outside using a lifting platform, as usual.
Please note that the fitters can best carry out their work if the balconies are cleared accordingly.
The cladding of the street-side border wall on Augustastrasse will begin at the beginning of the week.
In preparation for installing the railings, the cover plates are placed on the wall heads. The clinker work then begins.
Depending on the weather, the general green areas are mown and cleared of weeds at the end of the week.
This work includes, among other things, the preparation for the planting in construction areas 1 and 2 starting in week 49/50.
