Dealing with defects in common property
As announced, planting could begin thanks to the mild temperatures. The trees and larger shrubs were planted in the general green areas.
The installation of the sheet metal covers on the underground car park exhaust air shafts was completed, as was the installation of the fence system on the wall along Augustastrasse.
As of this week, work began on repairing the clinker brick work in the respective house entrances. Depending on the weather, this work should be completed by the end of next week.
In the area of the underground car park entrance, the cover stones for the boundary walls were completed. The next step towards completion is the grouting of the cover stones.
A large number of defects on the facades were still able to be addressed.
Miscellaneous
The report from the DEKRA expert Mr. Andreas Werner on the interim status of the inspection on December 5th, 2023 to address defects on the common property is expected to be distributed at the beginning of next week.
We would like to inform you at this point that due to the holidays and the upcoming vacation period, the newsletter will be paused in the 52nd and 1st weeks.
