We are pleased to be able to once again give you an update on the current events on our construction site.
Here are the latest developments:
Ongoing outdoor work
Work on the outdoor facilities is progressing as planned. The first play equipment for the two playgrounds was delivered and successfully installed.
A large part of the building materials in the area of the playground between houses 2 and 4 were removed. The remaining materials will be removed over the next week.
The planting of the outdoor areas is still in full swing. The design of outdoor areas is therefore taking more and more shape.
Delivery of the elevating platform
A elevating platform was already delivered last week.
This meant that work at dizzy heights could begin promptly. Installation of the flashing at the bases of the glass balustrade will begin in the next few days and weeks, subject to weather conditions.
The work is carried out from the outside via the lifting platform. If necessary, we ask you to inform your tenants.
Increased processing of defects in the apartments
We attach great importance to ensuring that your apartments meet the highest quality standards. Therefore, more work is being done to address defects in the apartments to ensure that everything meets your expectations.
