The d.i.i. Group will start selling a residential area on Mühlenstrasse in the Pankow district of Berlin in the summer. 51 apartments with one to five rooms will be built. The size of the apartments varies from 41 to 167 square meters

The “Pan&Co” district will combine the qualities of the typical Berlin block with the advantages of the suburb, such as open garden landscapes and parks. The project is particularly characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows, a room height of up to 2.95 meters as well as spacious balconies, roof terraces, gardens and high-quality furnishings.

Numerous shopping opportunities as well as restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot. Completion is scheduled for 2022.
