Wiesbaden, March 16, 2023 - The d.i.i. Group, a leading specialist for residential real estate in Germany, is consistently continuing to strategically expand its workforce and strengthening its in-house financing expertise with Sascha Fink as the new Head of Financing. Since February 2023, he has been the technical contact for outside investors and in-house d.i.i. specialists in the areas of project development, asset and investment management. In this role he reports directly to the board.
Sascha Fink looks back on a total of 26 years of experience in the banking sector. Most recently, he worked as head of real estate financing at Sparkasse Bad Homburg, where he led a team of 40 employees in the areas of inventory financing, project financing and syndication, among other things. The trained banker has qualifications as a savings bank specialist and savings bank business economist, business economist and real estate economist (IREBS).
