On September 3rd, work began on the “Viktoria Quarter” residential area, in which eight apartment buildings with a total of 84 high-quality residential units with up to 165 square meters of space are being built.

The area between Viktoriastraße, Augusta Straße and Martinstraße is characterized by extensive green spaces, stylish and upscale living quality and its view over Wiesbaden. Wide window fronts, a ceiling height of over 2.70 meters and elegantly designed balconies and terraces will ensure a unique living experience. In particular, the orientation of the residential units in several directions allows plenty of light - even on cloudy days.

The construction of the “Viktoria Quarter” is at the same time a reconstruction of a central, historical part of the city. The properties in the “Viktoria Quarter” are a unique opportunity for future house and apartment owners – and also for urban development, as the quarter ties in with the existing residential area and the successful history of the city.

The Zaeske architectural firm responsible is based in Wiesbaden and has been creating “spaces for people” in the Hessian state capital for more than 50 years. With the Viktoria Quarter, Zaeske has managed to carefully integrate a new building project into the historical appearance of the eastern residential area.
