Residential properties with high potential for appreciation in B cities and selected micro-locations in large metropolises in Germany are preferred. d.i.i. Homes has now invested in more than 50 locations; the assets under management are currently worth around 4.0 billion euros.
The company's own construction, project and asset management serves the relevant levers for increasing value in the implementation of comprehensive renovation and/or construction measures, for example through densification. The apartments are then either kept as existing properties or sold as condominiums to investors, tenants, owner-occupiers and investors.
