As a 100 percent subsidiary of d.i.i. Deutsche Invest Immobilien AG, d.i.i. Investment GmbH is responsible for the development, conception and management of alternative investment funds (AIF) with the investment focus on residential real estate in Germany. It is a company regulated by BaFin and approved as an external AIF capital management company in accordance with Sections 20 and 22 of the Capital Investment Code (KAGB). This makes her the first point of contact for private customers (fund offerings and investments), semi-professional (wealthy private customers, family offices, foundations) and professional (institutional) investors who are interested in the public AIF, special AIF, individual funds and managed funds offered by d.i.i. Accounts want to participate.

The d.i.i. Group was founded in 2006 and is an integrated housing company with excellent expertise in the development of existing properties and the construction of new residential properties. Residential properties with high potential for appreciation in B cities and selected micro-locations in large metropolises in Germany are preferred. d.i.i. has now invested in more than 50 locations and the assets under management are currently worth around 4.6 billion euros .

The company's own construction, project and asset management serves the relevant levers for increasing value in the implementation of comprehensive renovation and/or construction measures, for example through densification. The apartments are then either kept as existing properties or sold as condominiums to investors, tenants, owner-occupiers and investors.

The d.i.i. Group employs around 300 people at the headquarters in Wiesbaden and at local locations in various German cities.
