Cozy apartments

Built on a 2,083 square meter plot, the residential complex has 36 apartments with a total living space of approximately 1,932 square meters. Each apartment - consisting of either one or two rooms with floor plan sizes between 36 and 64 square meters - has a contemporary floor plan and a normal standard of furnishings. Each of the buildings has a full basement including 12 individual cellars as well as a communal cellar with bicycle parking, a laundry room and a drying room, with each house forming an independent homeowners' association. The buildings are in good and well-maintained condition.

Some renovations have been carried out over the last twelve years. New electrical cables were laid in all apartments and new intercom systems were installed. A new power supply was also installed with a single connection via the apartment meter in the laundry room. In addition, all houses have new plastic plumbing in the sanitary area, and 34 of the 36 residential units have new bathrooms.

All apartments were equipped with a modern gas heater (Junkers Kombi) including a control unit in the living room as well as corresponding gas pipes and meters. Most of the ground floor apartments have tiled floors in the hallways, while all other units have high-quality laminate floors. In the three-room apartments, the floorboard ceilings were mostly suspended and provided with modern spotlights.

The buildings have attic and basement ceiling insulation as well as thermopen glazing. In 2018, the basement staircases to the garden were renovated, the facades of the entire residential complex were renovated in 2018 and 2019. In addition, hallways and floor doors were renovated in 2019, the latter of which were equipped with security locks.
