EIGHT MORGEN is being built on the former site of a riding club east of Oberlinstrasse in Wiesbaden-Bierstadt. The location offers a clear view, both of the core of our state capital and over meadows, fields and paddocks into the beautiful Taunus. The d.i.i. Group is building twelve staggered-story buildings with a total of 140 apartments on 19,000 square meters of building land.

Along Oberlinstrasse towards the center of Bierstadt, the houses form a block of buildings.
Individual villa-like point houses are planned on Kloppenheimer Straße, on the opposite side of which are fields and paddocks. Despite their interconnectedness, the buildings along Oberlinstrasse appear like individual elements. The facades have a strong vertical structure and the units stand out from each other through different colors and porches. Thanks to their calm colors and structure, each of the point houses has its own individual character and yet blends into the overall picture of the ensemble.
