Wiesbaden, August 9, 2023 - The d.i.i. Deutsche Invest Immobilien Group, a leading specialist for sustainable residential real estate investments, is strengthening the sales team of the brokerage company d.i.i. Homes on August 1st with Julia Thamm as the new head for the Rhine-Main region. d.i.i. Homes represents the central sales platform for real estate sales to private individuals within the d.i.i. Group's vertically integrated business model. She is responsible for both the residential sales of d.i.i. assets in the areas of new construction and existing buildings, as well as the acquisition of classic third-party brokerage mandates. The Rhein-Main branch, based in Wiesbaden, consists of a team of 10 brokers and sales specialists.

Julia Thamm was most recently employed as deputy sales manager at Traumhaus AG in Wiesbaden since 2013. Previously, she held positions at JLL in Wiesbaden and at the Frankfurt headquarters, among others. In addition to completing training as a real estate agent, she also holds a degree as a real estate economist from the International Real Estate Business School Real Estate Academy – IREBS.
d.i.i. has been offering brokerage services for private buyers and sellers of residential properties since 2015, both in the existing and new construction segments. Since March 2023, the business area has been bundled under the d.i.i. Homes brand with currently five regional brokerage companies in Kiel, Hamburg, Berlin, the Rhineland and Rhine-Main. In the coming years, additional independent local sales hubs are to be set up across the board. The track record includes a total of over 4,500 transactions. When it comes to sales, d.i.i. Homes' holistic service includes property valuation, marketing and processing.
