The geographical focus of is on main and medium-sized centers with high return potential in the metropolitan regions of Hamburg, Berlin, Rhine-Ruhr, Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar .

The importance of ESG ( Environmental , Social , and G overnance) is leading to strong transformations in many companies. are the modernization and further development of housing stock and the project planning of residential complexes in Germany.
Our focus is on the continuous expansion of the housing stock for the funds managed by our group as well as the privatization of residential complexes. Improving the quality of living, upgrading properties with regard to ESG criteria and adhering to our social charter are of central importance to us.

  • Existing residential properties and portfolios with potential for modernization, expansion and, if necessary, privatization
  • Pure residential use preferred - commercial share of up to 20% possible
  • Nationwide, preference is given to cities with 50,000 inhabitants or more with positive socio-demographic development and solid economic data
  • Investment volume from €7 million per property, preferred property size between €15 million and €40 million, no volume restrictions

New building plots

  • Land ready for construction for residential development with a development plan, preliminary building request or building permit
  • Construction volume between 4,000 m² and 20,000 m² GFA-R (above ground)
  • Pure residential development preferred - commercial share of up to 20% possible - share of social housing up to 30% possible
  • Metropolitan regions, preferably cities with 500,000 inhabitants or more with positive socio-demographic development and solid economic data
