• The mandate in the new “Victoria Gardens” district includes commercial and technical property management as well as facility services for around 9,000 m² of living space

Wiesbaden, December 20, 2023 – d.i.i. Property Management and d.i.i. Facility Services are jointly taking on another mandate in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan region. Since December 1st, 2023, d.i.i. for the holistic management of a residential complex with 113 apartments in the new Victoria Gardens district in Bad Homburg. d.i.i. will cover both commercial and technical property management as well as facility management for a total of around 9,000 square meters of living space. The owner of the property, a private real estate investment company, is represented by Schroders Capital as asset manager.

As part of the mandate d.i.i. provides an integrated range of services from a single source. In the commercial area, it ranges from rental management and tenant consultations to receivables and order management, property and rental accounting including operating costs and cash management. On the technical side, there are also tasks such as maintenance and warranty management. d.i.i. Facility Services provides the caretaker on site and is responsible for winter service and cleaning of the green areas and stairwells.

The Victoria Gardens are a neighborhood development with around 41,000 square meters of living space in the Efficiency House 55 standard on the former Du Pont site “Am Weidenring” immediately north of the city limits of Frankfurt am Main with a total of over 530 apartments.
