The developer of the “Pan&Co” project in Berlin Pankow is the d.i.i. Group. d.i.i. is a housing company from Wiesbaden that was founded in 2006 by the owner and managing director Frank Wojtalewicz. The company is one of the leading specialists for residential real estate in Germany and is active, among other things, in housing construction as well as in the rental and development of residential properties.

Architects

The design of the “Pan&Co” comes from the renowned Berlin architectural firm Frank Schiffer Architekten GmbH . The architectural firm is not only based in Berlin, but has designed numerous residential projects in the federal capital since it was founded in 2004. The quality of life, even in everyday use, is the focus of Frank Schiffer's architecture, who works with both housing companies and private developers.

Pan&Co

The “Pan&Co” residential complex with 51 new apartments in Berlin Pankow is being built in collaboration between the d.i.i. group and the Frank Schiffer architectural firm. d.i.i. is responsible as the developer; the design comes from Frank Schiffer's team. Both companies have been active in Berlin for a long time and have a lot of experience in the areas of residential real estate and housing construction.

Location and infrastructure

​Pan&Co – Living in a central residential area in Berlin Pankow

With more than 400,000 inhabitants, Pankow is the most populous district in Berlin. As large as the district is, it is also diverse: a vibrant metropolis on the one hand, and quiet and familiar neighborhoods on the other. The “Pan&Co” is located in the southern part of the district in the eponymous district of Pankow. The residential complex with 51 new apartments is located adjacent to Prenzlauer Berg and therefore in a very central residential area.

Nevertheless, peace and relaxation are not neglected. The “Pan&Co” itself has spacious green areas, and there are also many parks and quiet, contemplative places in the area surrounding the residential complex. This diversity is very much appreciated by the residents of Pankow.
