A total of eight apartment buildings with extensive green spaces will be built between Viktoriastraße, Augusta Straße and Martinstraße from mid-2020. 84 apartments with two to four rooms, from approx. 70 to approx. 156 square meters, are planned, including eight penthouses, some with spacious roof terraces and a view over the whole of Wiesbaden that could hardly be more beautiful.

The new buildings were planned and designed by the renowned Zaeske architectural firm and their idea of creating 'spaces for people' is also being consistently implemented in the Viktoria Quarter.
High floors with ceiling heights of over 2.70 meters, wide window fronts and stylishly designed balconies and terraces bring the light and greenery from outside to inside. The residential units are each oriented in two cardinal directions. The result is sun-flooded rooms and lots of light - even on cloudy days - with a view of the greenery and the city. This is where the feeling of home arises.
